To facilitate your Levitation France festival, we are setting up a cashless system for convenient, fast and secure payment. With your wristband (weekend pass) or a cashless card, which you can load before and during the festival, you can pay for all your drinks on site (bars and restaurants) and at the merchandising areas. No other payment will be accepted.
How does it work?
Step 1 – Open a secure cashless account online at levitationfrance.com using the barcode on your ticket.
Step 2 – Add the amount you want to charge to your account (10€ for the first charge). It takes less than 2 minutes and you will be ready for the event.
Step 3 – When you get to the event, you will exchange your e-ticket with a wristband (for 2-day passes) or a card that includes your pre-loaded money. You can go directly to step 5!
Step 4 – If you didn’t create your online account before the event, no problem! Simply go to https://levitationfrance.com/#cashless via your smartphone and create an account OR go to one of the on-site banks and add funds to your wristband/card.
Step 5 – Order your drinks, pay with your wristband or card and enjoy!
Step 6 – If you still have money on your wristband/card after the event (min. 0,50€), you have until until Sunday June 09 at 11:59pm to request a refund on your cashless account
FAQ
How do I get my card or bracelet back?
If you have pre-loaded your card, it will be given to you at the entrance of the event when you check your ticket. This is also valid for the wristbands of 2-day pass buyers. If you have not pre-loaded your card, go to a “cashless / bank counter”. A card will be given to you and you will be able to credit it with cash, bank card or checks. You can then create an account using the number on the card.
Can I use the bracelet/card throughout the event?
The bracelet or card will be the only means of payment for the bars, foodtrucks and merchandising stands.
How do I top up my account?
Before the festival, you can pre-load online by creating an account in the cashless area on the website. During the event you can (re)load your bracelet / card in two ways:
– with your smartphone on https://levitation-france.com/#cashless
– at the “cashless / bank counters” present on the site.
You can recharge your account as many times as you want, before and during the event. The first charge is a minimum of 10€ and the activation fee for the bracelet/card is 1€.
What happens if my card is lost or stolen?
If you have created an account on the website, you will be able to request the blocking of your card by going to a “cashless / bank counter”.
You can create an account :
– either before going to the event by entering your ticket number: you will get your card back at the festival entrance
– or after having collected a card at a “cashless / bank counter” by entering the card number.
This identification operation is necessary to block your card. If you have not created an account and associated your card, the blocking will be impossible and in this case, your card is like your wallet: if you lose it, the money stored on it will also be lost.
Why create an account?
By creating an account, you will be able to :
– consult the balance of your bracelet/card and the history of transactions
– register your credit card for a faster reloading
– block your card and get a new one in case of loss or theft
– reload before the event via the website
– obtain a refund of your balance at the end of the event.
Note that creating an online account is optional and can be done at any time.
What happens to my money after the event?
It is possible to recover the money remaining on your bracelet/card after the event if the balance of the card is higher than 0,50€. To do this, log in to your account and check that your balance appears. You can then request a refund and enter the credit card to which the money will be credited.
Closing date and time for online refunds: June 09 2024 at 11:59pm.
If your balance does not appear, check that your card is linked to your account: the 6-letter ID should be next to your email address. If you did not create an account, you can do so by using the 6-letter identifier on your bracelet/card.
Please note: do not use the barcode on your ticket to create the account, as it is not linked to the card you were given at the “cashless / bank counter”.
Is it mandatory to create an account?
No, you can reload your card directly at the “cashless counter/bank”. Your card remains completely anonymous. Please note: in this case, your card cannot be blocked in case of loss or theft. Also, if you wish to request a refund of the balance, you must create an account.
Is it possible to use the card of another event?
No, it is not possible to use another card than the one provided during the event.
Is there a charge for the card?
Yes, the activation fee for your card is 1 €.
How can I find out the balance of my bracelet/card?
If you have created an account, you can check your balance on the event website. You can also request your balance at a “cashless / bank counter”.
Can I access a summary of my transactions?
Yes, you can access your transaction summary via your account on the event website.
How do I take care of my card?
Your card is equipped with an electronic chip in which your money is stored. Take care of it to avoid any inconvenience! Avoid any exposure to heat or flame and do not try to pierce it: this would immediately render it inoperative.
