In 2025, Levitation France set up shop on the shores of Lac de Maine in Angers. Those who attended the latest edition know that the festival has finally found the venue it deserves. A setting nestled between water and nature, where our celebration of indie rock instantly took root.

Unfortunately, the festival site, and in particular the Pyramide du Lac de Maine, is currently undergoing major construction work, making it temporarily impossible for us to set up there. For this reason, Levitation France will take a break in 2026.

The festival will return in 2027 to a completely renovated site, more ready than ever to offer you new cosmic vibrations. Until then, see you at the ‘Autour de Levitation’ evenings, which will continue to regularly enliven our beautiful city of Angers.

A SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE EVENT

For several years, Levitation France has been taking concrete steps to reduce its environmental impact. In 2025, we reached a new milestone by obtaining Level 1 of the Reeve (Réseau éco-événement) eco-label. This certification recognises all of our actions, which are now recognised by an independent third party.

MERCHANDISING

The screen prints from our previous editions, previously only available at the festival, can now be found at Violette, a shop in Angers that selects and brings together the work of the cream of illustrators. This allows the people of Angers to take a little piece of us home with them at any time of the year, while supporting a small independent business.
